The hotel has 29 rooms and suites, including 2 Family Lodges, 2 Flora Lodges, and 4 Romantic Lodges. The Dependence suite features a private hydrotherapy pool and is located 300 meters from the main building in the heart of the lush gardens, offering the ultimate in privacy. The Imperial Suite, a historical villa, is located several meters from the main hotel and features views of the ocean, a private pool, access to the beach, and a dedicated staff.

Donna Carmela’s in-house restaurant focuses on Sicilian cuisine made in a gourmet style. The extensive wine collection is located in a beautiful glass enclosed wine cellar.
